For an existing artwork purchased online, you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after delivery, starting the day after you receive it.
To cancel, email returns@ramsayallan.com with your name, artwork title and order details, or send another clear statement of cancellation. You must send the artwork back within 14 calendar days after notifying me.
You are responsible for the return postage and delivery costs for a change-of-mind return.
Please return the artwork in the same condition in which it arrived, allowing for careful unpacking and inspection. Do not alter, clean or otherwise modify it.
Pack it to the same protective standard used for its original delivery. Reuse the original packaging where possible, or use equivalent protective materials. Original packaging is not compulsory.
I recommend a tracked delivery service with insurance covering the artwork's full value, and retaining proof of postage. Please contact me for the return address and packing guidance.
Where legally permitted, a deduction may be made for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork. No cancellation or restocking fee is charged.
For a change-of-mind cancellation, refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the artwork back or receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded. Where delivery was included in the artwork price, no outbound delivery cost will be deducted.
If your artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact returns@ramsayallan.com promptly. Photographs of the artwork and packaging are helpful when available.
I will arrange an appropriate remedy under your consumer rights and cover reasonable return delivery costs where a return is required. The change-of-mind cancellation deadline does not limit these rights.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
